The monograph studied and presented regulatory legal acts in the Republic of Uzbekistan on AVIE. The work is aimed at contributing to the project by OOO “Electron Laboratory”, SUE “FarDU-Yashil energiya” and Clipper Energy SND.BHD. The idea of resonant photoelectric reactions to increase the degree of monochromaticity of a light beam without separation is presented.
